Key Account Manager

Role Overview
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing direct and indirect accounts, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building long‑term customer partnerships to achieve ambitious revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities across industrial end‑users, EPCs, OEMs, R&D centers, and scientific OEMs.
- Design and implement territory and account plans aligned with corporate strategy.
- Maintain CRM systems and reporting tools; deliver monthly forecasts and performance updates.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure best‑in‑class customer support.
- Oversee payment processes in close cooperation with credit control.
What You Bring
- Solid B2B sales experience in industrial sales with proven negotiation skills.
- Technical background (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting business relationships.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
