We're partnering with JAMAT Group, a company with presence in Poland and other European markets, to help them find a Technical Sales Advisor to join their team and bring smart energy solutions to both B2B and B2C clients.

This isn't just about sales. It's about driving the energy transition with real, tangible solutions — from low-intervention wind turbines to solar carports and sustainable heating systems.


What you'll do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while guiding clients throughout the process.
  • Prepare proposals and lead contract negotiations.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy.
  • Achieve goals while keeping a strong focus on customer experience.


What we're looking for:

  • Sales experience and a business-oriented mindset.
  • Independent, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
  • Availability to travel, meet clients and create value in the field.
