As Senior Associate, Procurement Operations (Requisition Management), you will be a key member of the Warsaw-based Moderna Enterprise Solutions Hub (MESH), contributing to the procurement lifecycle by ensuring accurate, timely, and policy-compliant requisition management. This role plays a critical part in enabling enterprise-wide procurement efficiency and supporting financial control, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in our P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations. Working across global business units, you'll be instrumental in building strong stakeholder relationships, streamlining processes, and contributing to a future-facing, digital-first procurement ecosystem that is poised for scale and innovation.

Here's What You'll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Supporting the creation and management of purchase requisitions for all business units, ensuring alignment with contracts, preferred suppliers, and sourcing strategies.

• Monitoring requisition queues proactively, identifying and escalating process blockers as needed.

• Upholding transactional accuracy and documentation completeness in alignment with audit readiness and internal controls.

• Managing P2P workflows while delivering user training and guidance on procurement tools, policies, and compliance standards.

• Assisting in system testing, validation, and enhancement deployment across SAP, Ariba, and ServiceNow platforms.

• Identifying and reporting non-compliance trends and participating in cross-functional initiatives for operational improvement.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Driving process optimization projects and enforcing data and documentation standards in collaboration with the Procurement Operations team.

• Preparing timely analyses and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

• Managing internal communications to ensure swift, professional responses to operational inquiries.

• Partnering with Moderna's Digital team to ensure procurement systems are functioning optimally and as designed.

• Taking ownership of additional tasks within the scope of your skills and responsibilities, as required by the evolving needs of the business.

Here's What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree

• 4+ years of experience in Procurement Operations

• Ability to own, prioritize and manage work with limited daily direction

• Anticipate needs and proactively recommend next steps

• Well-organized, proactive, able to prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Strong communication skills and ability to transfer knowledge in plain non-technical language

• Highly collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and make decisions

• Adaptable and resourceful with a process-oriented mindset

• Outstanding analytical skills

• Experience with financial systems including SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow

• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus
