Your role

As Product Lead KYC/AML & Customer Lifecycle (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping our core processes in Master Data Management and Customer Lifecycle Management. You will design and oversee all features related to customer master data (retail and corporate clients), KYC/AML requirements, and partner API management, taking full responsibility for end-to-end functionality.



Your mission and responsibilities

  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Plan and align the product roadmap and coordinate priorities in close collaboration with other product owners.

  • Product Design: Gather and define requirements with internal stakeholders and coordinate implementation with development teams.

  • Onboarding & Master Data: Design and further develop comprehensive onboarding processes for retail and corporate customers.

  • KYC & Compliance: Define and continuously optimize KYC and AML processes.
    Partner & Fee Management: Define and plan core functions for B2B partners as well as design and implement fee models.

  • APIs & Provider Integration: Ensure the functionality of APIs and manage the integration of external service providers.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations and system architecture.

  • Process Monitoring: Develop monitoring mechanisms to ensure stable and compliant operations.



Your qualifications and experience
  • University degree in business, IT, finance or equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech

  • Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken

  • Familiarity with master data management as well as KYC/AML processes and requirements
