As the Head of Network Planning, you will be responsible for managing network processes and decisions, overseeing the digital twin process for manufacturing and warehousing, collaborating on Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), and acting as the super user for network management tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

As we are about to undertake a significant transformation with the Essential Home separation with Reckitt, the focus of the initial work will be on designing and deploying Essential Home's logistics footprint and partnering with Category Supply Organisation in continual optimization of the manufacturing footprint.

Manage Network Processes and Decisions:

• Oversee and optimize network operations across the group.
• Make strategic decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.

Oversee Digital Twin Process:

• Implement and manage digital twin technology for manufacturing and warehousing.
• Conduct regular optimization exercises to improve processes and outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital twin technology.

Collaborate on RCCP:

• Work closely with the category team on annual Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
• Analyze long-range forecasts to drive strategic capacity planning decisions.
• Ensure future capacity needs are met in alignment with business goals.

Super User for Network Management Tools:

• Act as the expert for network management tools such as Coupa and Llamasoft.
• Provide support, training, and guidance to other users.
• Continuously improve the use of these tools to maximize their effectiveness.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role with experience in leading global processes.

Manufacturing Knowledge:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a factory leader or part of the factory leadership team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.

Logistics:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a logistics leader
• Strong understanding of logistics network considerations and decision trade-offs on freight costs, customer service expectations, warehousing costs & net working capital

Supply Management Understanding:

• Experience in category supply management or planning.
• Ability to analyze long-range forecasts and make strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and best practices.

Analytical Skills:

• Proficiency in handling and analyzing large, complex data sets.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Presentation and Storytelling Skills:

• Ability to convert complex models and data into simple, engaging conclusions.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate decisions and strategies.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
