About the project
Custom e-commerce solution for one of the key B2B food service wholesalers in Poland.
The solution is continuously designed and built by YND since 2018 in close cooperation with the Client.
The engineering team works closely with the business and has an impact on the product development roadmap, at the same time having full autonomy of the tools and technologies used. The solution has been designed and developed according to modern methodologies and principles. It features extensive integration with the Client's CRM system. It is facing steady growth – a dozen percent of Clients move to e-commerce from traditional sales channels every year.
About the role
As a Technical Product Manager, you will actively participate in the e-commerce product delivery and work with a cross-functional team. You will be working on a daily basis with stakeholders, engineers and UI/UX designers to build solutions solving real problems, used by thousands of business customers. You will be responsible for building a product roadmap together with the Client, discovering requirements and priorities, managing the product backlog, "making it happen" together with the team and shortening feedback loops.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in product or dev team management
experience working with a live product
experience with agile solution development, deep understanding of agile principles
understanding of UX, UI (mobile and desktop)
technical background or engineering education
good communication skills (written & spoken, Polish and English)
eager to learn and improve
experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
Nice to have
agile certification
experience with the e-commerce industry
