Responsibilities

  • Covering the US, APAC and EMEA markets (upon request)
  • Working on generic AP mailboxes to gather invoices provided by vendors
  • Processing the invoices/ verifying the quality of entered invoices (if assigned)
  • Processing the regular and ad-hoc payments from various corporate banks
  • Contact with internal clients and external vendors in written form
  • Performing the AP reconciliations
  • Performing the AP month end activities
  • Performing the AP analysis upon request
  • Providing the support in vendor creation process
  • Working hours: 8:00am CET - 4:00pm CET OR 9:00am CET - 5:00pm CET

Qualifications

  • Financial higher education degree completed
  • 3 years of relevant AP experience
  • Experience in AP reconciliations
  • Experience in AP tools (ideally in MS D365)
  • Experience in quality validation processes
  • Multitasking person
  • Able to analyze and interpret the complex AP data
  • Able to plan the working day/ week in advance on his/ her own
  • Flexibility to update the day/ week planned upon the ad-hoc requests
  • Presentation skills in front of the audience
  • Results oriented person (especially taking care of internally adopted indicators, payments on time and current backlog)
  • Easiness in verbal and written communication on professional level
  • Available to work 3 days a week from the Katowice office
