Job Description
Rockwell Automation Finance Campus is acquiring new processes, and as a result, we are looking for new members of our accounting teams in various positions

AP accountant main responsibilities are accurate and on-time invoice processing, vendor queries and reconciliations, blocked for payment invoices resolution along with other colleagues & procurement organization. As the AP accountant you will directly report to your AP TeamLeader

Your Responsibilities

• Verification of PO/NON-PO related invoices,
• Processing PO and NO-PO invoices in a system, coding NO-PO transaction,
• Manual posting performances within ERP system,
• Resolving price and quantity blocks for all invoices,
• Handling vendors and business queries,
• Maintaining vendors accounts, reconciling vendors' statements and resolving debt balances,
• Cooperation with business partners & vendors in order to resolve discrepancies and issues,
• Identifying, proposing and implementing potential process improvements,
• Dealing with daily accounting matters, cooperating with team members and supporting Team Leader,
• Supporting colleagues and carrying out tasks related to the backup structure,
• Performing ad hoc activities.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent),
• 1-2 year experience in a Shared Services and international environment is an asset, especially in Accounts Payable area,
• Very good command of English in writing and speech,
• Good command of Polish in writing and speech (working in Team with Polish language),
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Power Point,, Teams),
• Eliminate, simplify and automate approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels in a multicultural environment,
• Independence in work and ability to meet tight deadlines,
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
• Problem Solving and good analytical skills
• RPA / ML / AI basic understanding will be an asset
• Bringing solutions, not the problems

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Experience or good understanding of AP & P2P process
• SAP knowledge
