Country Manager – Poland | Wroclaw

Are you a commercial leader with deep experience in the
Polish dental technology market
? We are looking for a
Country Manager
to lead and grow operations in
Poland
. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, driving sales, and executing strategic growth in an international environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a local team of sales, operations, and administrative professionals.
  • Drive sales growth and market share through direct engagement with dental practices, labs, and DSOs.
  • Develop and execute the Polish market strategy aligned with global growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dental professionals and opinion leaders.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and oversee financial and performance reporting.
  • Support business integration and continuity following local acquisitions.

Who You Are:

  • Proven commercial leader with
    experience in the Polish dental technology market
    (implants, prosthetics, or lab products).
  • Hands-on, field-oriented manager who inspires high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Wroclaw
    (office-based 2–3 days/week).
