Job Description
Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a R&D Ordering Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
As part of our team, you will:

• Cooperate and conduct negotiations with budget planners and vendors
• Manage ordering related tools including deliveries confirmations and inventory tools
• Handle internal Nokia processes

Key Skills And Experience
You have:

• Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education
• Open to work from Wroclaw (hybrid model)
• Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)
• Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects
• Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of ordering process principles
• MS Office skills
