Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Bank is rolling out a new API Management platform to enable fast to market integrations within the bank and with external partners.

The engineer in this role will be responsible for automating the provisioning of infrastructure such as EKS for our API gateways with Terraform, setting up monitoring and logs, and creating CI/CD pipelines to update APIs and configuration changes. In addition to the API Platform itself, the team will be building a new Portal for the API catalogue which will require infrastructure, container deployment, Kubernetes management, and the setting up of CI/CD pipelines.

Senior DevOps Engineer to build and maintain the environment for Kong Gateway project, including tasks like infrastructure provisioning and migration, automation of tasks, building CI/CD pipelines, monitoring improvements.
