Toyota Boshoku Europe – Poland i
s the newly opened branch of Toyota Boshoku Europe, the Europe & Africa headquarters of Toyota Boshoku.

The Wrocław branch
plays an important role towards Toyota Boshoku Europe's expansion strategy, while strengthening Toyota Boshoku's footprint in the EA region.

Responsibilities
:


• Handling ongoing tax inquiries, especially regarding CIT (Corporate Income Tax) and Withholding Tax (WHT)


• Preparing tax documentation, including for CIT, WHT, and property tax


• Supervising accounting entries related to tax settlements and controlling timely execution of tax settlements


• Preparing documentation related to tax refunds


• Supporting the tax scheme reporting process (MDR), including identifying potential schemes, cooperating with the MDR team, preparing notifications and documentation


• Analyzing tax implications of transactions, cooperating with external advisors and internal departments, preparing documentation and internal tax opinions, contacting and cooperating with tax authorities


• Performing other assigned tax-related tasks, such as supporting the preparation of documentation for inspections and audits, monitoring changes in regulations and their impact on company operations

Requirements
:


• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position or in tax advisory


• Higher education (preferred fields: economics, finance and accounting, law)


• Practical knowledge and experience in applying tax regulations


• Knowledge of accounting principles will be a strong asset


• Ability to prepare various types of documentation in the field of tax law


• Experience in settling Special Economic Zones is welcome


• Experience working with the SAP system is welcome


• Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)


• Very good command of English


• Independence and responsibility


• Ability to work in a team and ease in establishing contacts
