As Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring that administrative processes and commercial offers run seamlessly to deliver an excellent customer experience. Your role is to support day-to-day sales activities, manage documents and liaise with other departments within the company to ensure that the team's objectives are met effectively. Your responsibilities:

  • Quote creation and follow-up
  • Creating and managing agreements in MySamskip
  • Managing internal and external correspondence via the sales inbox
  • Support for reporting (internal and external)
  • Act as a back-up for Field and Inside Sales teams
  • CRM support
  • Managing (sales related) invoice disputes
  • Daily interaction with other departments or stakeholders
  • Maintaining relationships with customers

Our requirements:

  • An outgoing, relationship-driven personality – you enjoy connecting with people and building trust
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) –
    mandatory
  • High organizational and time management skills
  • Assertive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
  • A "can-do" attitude – you're not afraid of the phone or difficult questions from customers
  • Willingness to learn and develop within an international environment
  • Team player with openness to global cooperation
  • Experience in logistics or shipping is a plus,
    but not required
  • Fluency in French
    or
    Arabic (written and spoken) –
    nice to have, but no required
