This role can be done in a hybrid working model.
Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Global Mobility administrative services support in accordance with accepted standards, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures. You will administer activities between Employee Services, local HR and external parties (for example: tax consultants, etc.). You will support e-filing of the HR documents. You will also support our employees with the request submitted through ticket system.
You will be primarily responsible for all data related queries to support the delivery of the global mobility program, especially operations related to cross-border roles, growth assignments and business travel compliance. Additionally, you will ensure the accurate and timely cross charging of expat and cross-border roles related costs to the respective cost centers. You will generate stakeholder requested reports on the expat, cross-border roles and business travel population and be responsible for the timely integration of admin related scope increases for the mobility program because of ongoing Target Operating Model Project.
