Who are we looking for?

• Master's degree in a relevant field with above-average academic results (Business IT, HR)
• 1–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships (ideally in the automotive industry)
• International exposure through studies or internships abroad
• Strong motivation, curiosity, and a drive for continuous development
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
