Our client is transforming the way airlines sell and manage cargo capacity. Their platform connects
airline partners (supply) with freight forwarders (demand), helping airlines improve
operational efficiency and adopt digital solutions quickly.
Mission:
As a Data Analyst, you will analyse partner performance, optimise digital sales processes,
solve operational challenges, and support airlines in their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyse partner data, market trends, and operational performance.
● Identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
● Drive process optimization and workflow automation.
● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
● Ensure airline partners maintain high-quality digital supply on the platform.
Candidate Profile:
● 4+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or project management
(tech/logistics preferred).
● Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL, databases, programming, or advanced
Excel is a major advantage.
● Ability to structure problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
● Excellent communication skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
● Experience with Google Workspace, Looker, n8n, or BigQuery is a plus.

● Enjoys optimising processes and automating workflows.
● Works independently and makes decisions based on data.
