Sales Order Specialist with Turkish

You will join the Order Management division within the Customer Operations organization, working alongside approximately 75 colleagues based in Gdynia. Our main responsibility is to provide administrative support to client-facing teams, primarily Account Managers from the Sales department. As Sales Order Specialists, we collaborate with various internal teams and occasionally support external clients directly.

Why Is This Job Important?
As a Sales Order Specialist, you will handle administrative processes to ensure that clients:

  • Sign the correct contracts
  • Receive access to our products
  • Are billed accurately

This process is known as "order to cash", covering all tasks from the moment a client places an order until the invoice is paid.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing contracts for clients purchasing our products or services
  • Creating client accounts and assigning system permissions
  • Handling the billing process and ensuring accurate invoicing
  • Resolving compliance issues in collaboration with Compliance and Legal teams
  • Using internal tools and CRM platforms
  • Responding to client queries with high standards of customer service

What You Need to Bring:

  • Fluency in English and Turkish (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
