Capital BCM Team Leader
Responsibilities

  • Securing the timely and accurate delivery of Global BCM and FIA Solution Design processes in order to fulfill business partners needs and expectations.
  • Ensures efficient work organization to maintain the teams' capacity at a level allowing full delivery of agreed service.
  • Cooperates closely with the functional managers of Global BCM and FIA Solution Design teams to facilitate the proper information flow between Poland and Luxembourg locations.
  • Maintains advanced level of technical and process knowledge to have effective judgment in decision making, support team members in difficult cases and take ownership when necessary.
  • Coordinates the onboarding of new operational activities to ensure the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date.
  • Adapts subordinate area in order to increase efficiency, business partners satisfaction and support business growth.
  • Supports team members' personal development to ensure appropriate level of staff motivation and engagement.

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Advanced knowledge on the Fund Industry with focus on Private Capital market
  • FIA e-Front platform knowledge
  • Fluent English
