  • Program Project Governance
  • Establish and maintain SAP project governance frameworks methodologies and standards
  • Define and enforce project lifecycle processes initiation planning execution monitoring closure
  • Monitor project health through KPIs dashboards and status reports
  • Planning Execution
  • Develop integrated project plans timelines and resource allocations
  • Track project milestones deliverables and dependencies
  • Manage risks issues and change requests proactively
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units IT and SAP implementation partners
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings project reviews and stakeholder communications
  • Ensure alignment of SAP initiatives with business objectives
  • Financial Management
  • Track project budgets forecasts and actuals
  • Support procurement vendor management and contract compliance
  • Optimize cost efficiency across SAP initiatives
  • Resource Capacity Management
  • Coordinate internal and external project resources
  • Maintain a resource pool and skills inventory for SAP roles
  • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer processes
  • Tools Reporting
  • Implement and manage PMO tools e.g. MS Project Jira SAP Solution Manager ServiceNow
  • Generate executive level dashboards and reports
  • Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in IT project management with at least 5 years in SAP program/project environments
  • PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules e.g. S4 HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba etc.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager is a plus.
