What's your mission?

As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for the commercial & operational strategies in your Region (East Europe). You will also be accountable for commercial performance and the operational execution ensuring sustainable financial and team growth.

Here's what you'll be rocking every day

  • Analyze specific markets and propose a plan to develop business and reach the sales targets.
  • Setting sales target and develop new Business opportunities in Fine Fragrances, Home & Body Care products.
  • Coordination and collaboration with production to meet client expectations in terms of quality and time, with actively supporting sales and operations.
  • Take responsibility for existing clients and prospect potential ones on the area of responsibility.
  • Work on market research, contacting potential new customers and visiting them.
  • Close interaction with internal departments, such as the Creative department, Fragrance Development, Marketing, Finance, Production, People & Organization …
  • Presenting projects internally and following up the production process to get the final product done and reinforce on time delivery.
  • Managing pricing for whole client's portfolio, responsible for solving client enquiries and advising them on their needs.
  • Manage and monitor profitability of their accounts.
  • Keep the Management up to date of the Region situation providing short, middle and long-term business plans.

What you need to shine in this role

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, working as a Key Account Manager for Home & Personal Care and Fine Fragrances.
  • Strong experience in sales within fragrance industry.
  • Previous experience in the Polish market.
  • Used to manage P&L.
  • Languages: proficient in English and Polish.
  • Based in Warsow.
  • Availability to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
