We're looking for
students pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance/accounting/economics
or related fields who want to develop their skills in Financial and Accounting Advisory within an international organization and have:

  • Advanced knowledge of
    English, Slovenian and Polish.
  • Understand the basics of accounting and financial analysis.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and to take over the responsibility for the assigned tasks.
  • Proactivity, good organization of the own work and the ability to prioritize.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality.
  • Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset.

During the internship you will:

  • have the opportunity to join a group of experts who handle complex finance and accounting processes on a daily basis.
  • be responsible for verbal and/or written communication with various stakeholders.
  • be provided with dedicated training sessions covering F&A key expertise areas led by specialists with extensive experience, and the opportunity to put your acquired knowledge into practice.
  • have a dedicated Buddy to help you quickly find your place in the team.
  • collaborate with experts and have the opportunity to establish valuable professional relationships.
  • have the opportunity to use foreign languages on a daily basis.
  • have access to wide range of learning & development platforms.
  • get the the possibility to buy discounted theatre tickets.
  • work in a hybrid mode from the office in Przyokopowa street in Warsaw.

The start time of our 12 months long paid internship program (contract of mandate, 40 hours a week) as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. A successful intern has an opportunity to internally move to another units / get a permanent position within TCS.
