Payments Team works on improving and optimizing digital payments to provide Headway Inc users with more convenient and transparent payment flows.

What will you do:

Daily monitoring of payment metrics to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and stability of processing

Analyzing payment trends and identifying opportunities for improving approval ratios and optimizing costs

Collaborating with payment providers, PSPs, and banks

Expanding the payment infrastructure, researching, and integrating new payment methods

Cooperating with internal teams such as Support, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot payment issues and optimize the checkout experience for customers

Preparing the payment infrastructure for new geos

Implementing industry regulations and best practices for online payments.

— Have experience in payments or related fields (billing support, financial analytics, monetization)
— Possess an analytical mindset
— Understand product and payment metrics
— Have knowledge of A/B testing
— Be a fast learner and quickly adapt to new challenges

Working schedule
