We are seeking experienced Polish-speaking Identification & Clearance (ID&C) Specialists to support a portfolio of offshore renewable energy projects in Poland. This is an opportunity to work with leading industry teams delivering safe, high quality UXO identification and clearance operations.

About the Role

As an EOD/ID&C Client Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of offshore UXO activities. Responsibilities include:

  • High-quality UXO target identification and reporting
  • Oversight of ID&C operations on client vessels
  • Maintaining excellent Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance
  • Acting as the interface between project teams, contractors, and client stakeholders
  • Supporting the delivery of offshore renewable energy campaigns

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Client Representative
  • Fluency in Polish (mandatory)
  • Military EOD qualification; Advanced preferred; Intermediate considered where appropriate
  • Eligibility to work in Poland/EU (visa sponsorship not available)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering ID&C offshore campaigns
  • Valid offshore medical and survival certification
