Role Description

This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation, engaging with prospects, qualifying sales opportunities, and initiating communication between potential clients and the sales team. This role involves working closely with the Tech Guys to understand client needs, identify opportunities for growth, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and connect with potential clients
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Experience in Tech-Sales and Business Development with an ability to qualify opportunities and drive growth
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluency German and good English; familiarity with other languages is a plus
  • Experience in the IT industry or related fields is an advantage
