Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Warsaw. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This includes conducting market research, preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations, negotiating deals, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with the sales team to align on goals and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Relationship-Building abilities
  • Capability in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the nutrition or aquaculture industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and goal-driven attitude
