Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating, leading, or performing production of hard copy and/or electronic deliverables,
• Coordinating produce work that meets quality and brand requirements,
• Monitoring and holding self to proposal schedule,
• Operating independently complex work packages and ensuring alignment with program governance and assurance frameworks,
• Applying Lean Production Management techniques, including Collaborative Planning and Visual Management, to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance team coordination across multidisciplinary environments,
• Supporting complex infrastructure programs by integrating production principles into the planning and execution of engineering design deliverables,
• Driving high-quality outcomes through structured delivery approaches, proactive leadership, and a continuous improvement mindset, constructively challenging existing practices and applying lessons learnt,
• Coordinating document editors and formatters, managing priorities, workloads, and proactively removing delivery roadblocks,
• Monitoring production performance metrics, escalating risks and issues to workstream managers and driving improvement through feedback and reflection,
• Building strong working relationships with technical experts, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication across remote and hybrid environments,
• Learning and actively follow CSS procedures, policies, protocols, and best practices, including standard file management and archiving procedures, as well as Branding Guidelines,
• Developing knowledge of company markets, partner/competitor/subconsultant firms, clients, and industry trends;

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or in related field,
• Minimum 6 years of publishing experience (architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry or similar),
• Strong capabilities in customer relationship systems, Microsoft Office Suite,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing skills,
• Experience of working with public sector clients,
• Proficiency in using Salesforce for account planning and opportunity management,
• Attention to details and ability to build long-lasting business relationships;
