Your Role

  • Maintain contracts with sub-suppliers

  • Define scope, negotiate KPIs and establish necessary criteria for supplier performance

  • Create and manage time-plans for supplier deliverables

  • Collect and agree on costs with project board members and organization directors

  • Follow ASPICE processes, particularly ACQ.4 (Supplier monitoring)

  • Bridge communication between technical teams and suppliers

  • Holds regular status meetings and documents / communicates the results

  • Reports and supports risk management

  • The supplier delivery has the expected quality

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

  • Experience in communication with suppliers or procurement in software development context

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Experience with cost management and budgeting

Nice to Have

  • Experience in automotive industry or with automotive suppliers

  • Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262 or other automotive quality standards

  • Technical background in software engineering

  • Experience with international suppliers and cross-cultural communication

  • Background in legal aspects of supplier contracts

  • Knowledge of Linux/Android/QNX environments

  • Experience with risk management in supplier relationships

  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management
