The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to join its team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 17 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating resource allocation across projects, working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Maintaining the demands of projects up to date.
  • Familiarizing, managing, and preparing candidates before interviews.
  • Preparing and updating materials for project onboarding (preparing employees for client/team interviews).
  • Gathering feedback on each team member monthly/quarterly.
  • Planning team members' vacations and coordinating with all responsible parties.
  • Exploring new growth opportunities for the account.
  • Project risk monitoring and generating Risk of Leaving reports.
  • Compiling monthly reports on the team's billable hours and synchronizing with 1C for invoicing purposes.
  • Collecting weekly worked hours in the developer chat, timely input into the customer's Worklog and time tracking.
  • Monitoring work time tracking.
  • Collaborating with sales managers, client stakeholders, and internal leadership for account/project control and development.
  • Supporting and updating information in the Jira/Confluence project.

Requirements

  • Understanding of customer interaction models.
  • Basic understanding of technical aspects.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Understanding of Agile principles.
  • Systems thinking, ability to find common language with colleagues and partners as well as with clients.
  • Ability to work multitasking, stress tolerance.
  • Understanding of the principles of working with Jira, Confluence.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience in management/sales.
  • Training/project management courses.
  • Experience of working in an IT company.
  • Knowledge of 1C.
