Role Description

The Finance and Office Coordinator will help ensure the smooth running of the office and help to provide a professional, well-managed environment for all Staff and Visitors.

The post holder will be responsible for Polish Accounts Payable, the generation and issue of all UK/Poland Project Payment Applications & Sales Invoices, administration, coordinating office security, maintenance requests and compliance with health, safety, and landlord requirements.

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Office Accounts Payable:
  • Office Bank Payments
  • Issue of all UK/Poland Project Payment Applications & Sales Invoices
  • Credit control of Poland related projects
  • Office & Building Related Management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all Contractors and all Visitors to the VEDA Office
  • Coordinate with new and existing suppliers and service providers to ensure the timely procurement of office supplies, technical equipment and support services essential to engineering operations and project delivery.

  • Administrative Support
  • HR Related Support

Qualifications and Experience:

  • English language proficiency
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (Desirable)
  • Minimum of 4/5 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance roles (Essential)
  • Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes (Desirable)
  • Prior experience in Engineering industry (Desirable)

Working Environment

  • We are based at ul. Lubelska 29, Krakow.
  • The office is an open plan environment.
  • The role may require occasional travel.
