Ekspert - AI Engineer
- Lead technical design and architecture for AI/ML systems, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Guide team members (developers, ML engineers, data scientists) through best practices and code reviews
- Own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS and GCP for AI workloads, including cost optimization and security
- CI/CD Pipeline Management (GitLab)
- Ensure system reliability and performance, troubleshooting distributed systems and optimizing resource usage
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack
- 5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in AI/ML projects
- Deep understanding of GenAI concepts – Transformers, Pretraining, Finetuning
- Proven experience leading technical teams (mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions)
- Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies
- Track record of delivering Software/AI/ML projects from concept to production
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Feeling comfortable with Scripting (Bash, Python)
- Experience working with AI Engineers, System Architects, and Cloud Architects
- Problem solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, as well as help Engineers in their daily work
- Attention to detail
- Good English skills - B2
