Do zespołu realizującego projekty IT w środowisku bankowym poszukujemy doświadczonego Senior Business Analityka, który będzie pełnił kluczową rolę na styku biznesu, Product Ownera oraz zespołów wytwórczych. Projekt realizowany jest w modelu agile'owym, w strukturze squadów, w złożonym środowisku organizacyjnym.

Tryb pracy: 6 dni/msc stacjonarnie Kraków/Warszawa

Senior Business Analyst

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Pełnienie roli point of contact dla biznesu w zakresie zbierania, analizy i priorytetyzacji wymagań.
  • Ścisła współpraca z Product Ownerem przy zarządzaniu backlogiem produktu (epiki, user stories, zmiany zakresu).
  • Współpraca z interesariuszami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi, w tym jednostkami grupy oraz dostawcami.
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów analitycznych modelowanie procesów, discovery, doprecyzowanie wymagań).
  • Analiza i dokumentowanie procesów biznesowych end-to-end.
  • Dostarczanie wysokopoziomowego wsadu analitycznego dla zespołów IT oraz analityków systemowych.
  • Bieżące wsparcie zespołów deweloperskich i testerskich w trakcie wytwarzania, testów i wdrożeń.
  • Weryfikacja zgodności implementacji z oczekiwaniami biznesowymi, udział w odbiorach funkcjonalnych.
  • Koordynacja prac wdrożeniowych na poziomie Squadu.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji analitycznej.
  • Aktywny udział w wydarzeniach agile'owych (ceremonie zespołowe, warsztaty, spotkania merytoryczne).

Nasze wymagania

  • Kilka lat doświadczenia w roli Business Analityka w projektach IT (preferowane środowisko bankowe lub enterprise).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w modelu Agile/Scrum.
  • Umiejętność samodzielnego zbierania i strukturyzowania wymagań biznesowych.
  • Doświadczenie w modelowaniu procesów biznesowych (UML, BPMN lub podobne notacje).
  • Umiejętność pracy z backlogiem produktu oraz współpracy z Product Ownerem.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami developerskimi i testerskimi.
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i facylitacyjne.
  • Znajomość narzędzi: JIRA, Confluence, Miro / / Visio lub podobne.
  • Język angielski umożliwiający pracę w środowisku międzynarodowym.
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu warsztatów typu event storming/story mapping.
  • Znajomość zagadnień związanych z wdrożeniami, release managementem lub UAT.
