For our EMEAI Talent Acquisition Team we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will support our growth agenda through owning the full life-cycle-recruitment in EMEAI region.

Location: Poland/UK (home-based)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full accountability for full life cycle recruitment
• Managing niche and hard-to-fill roles
• Direct sourcing of candidates
• Business partnering and stakeholder management
• Overseeing team reporting and analytics
• Providing recruitment support across the EMEAI region
• Driving strategic talent acquisition (pipelining, niche skills, succession planning)
• Promoting a strategic approach to internal talent mobility
• Acting as a recruitment consultant to the business, providing market insights
• Leading and contributing to EMEAI-wide TA projects and continuous improvement
• Coaching and training hiring managers on recruitment skills and bias mitigation
• Managing ad hoc, value-adding TA projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree qualified - BA/BSc, or equivalent
• Cross-regional full cycle recruitment experience
• Experience of working in EMEAI region
• Stakeholder management/Business Partnering
• Direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, deep dive, x-ray, Boolean searching)
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload
• ATS/CRM systems experience
• Language sills: advanced Polish + English is a must (additional Swedish/Spanish/French/Italian/German will be an asset)
