Role Overview
As a
Senior Financial Manager
, you will be instrumental in enhancing the financial control framework, managing reporting cycles, and supporting process improvements. Your work will support decision-making, drive efficiency, and contribute to the company's strategic growth. The role involves active communication with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the month- and year-end closing process
  • Prepare and present managerial reports to management
  • Support optimization of existing reports and procedures related to the managerial reporting function
  • Support in the development of internal financial policies and procedures, with a specific focus on managerial accountancy
  • Support ERP system implementation and business processes optimization
  • Participate in financial modelling and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Big4 or in multi-national companies in Reporting, Financial Controlling, FP&A
  • Excellent MS Excel
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Knowledge of IFRS
  • ACCA or CIMA certification is a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
