Studies & experience:

At least 5+ years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record in financial institutions or consulting firmsExperience as an IT and/or business project manager

Language skills:

Fluency in EnglishFrench and/or Polish would be an asset

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Practical knowledge of Agile, Lean, and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologiesAbility to propose innovative solutions, with a proper business caseExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to work independently, while being fully in charge of deliverablesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA proven sense of proactivity and adaptability

Mission\: 

Société Générale S.A. Branch in Poland is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Transformation Project Office team. This role will contribute to the strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within the Investment Banking Business.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and coordinate projects across various business areas, including Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, Financial Steering, organizational transformation, as well as innovation and business projects. You will be working closely with stakeholders and reporting to sponsors on business and/or IT initiatives.
