People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for
Software Developer / Lead Developer (.NET + Angular).
Your Duties Will Include

• Designs and develops software systems using .NET (backend) and Angular (frontend) technologies.
• Leads development teams and ensures adherence to technical standards and quality.
• Translates business requirements into technical designs and implementable solutions.
• Optimizes software for performance, security, and overall quality.
• Produces and maintains technical documentation throughout the software lifecycle.
• Estimates effort and development time for assigned tasks and projects.
• Defines and enforces software development standards and best practices.
• Proposes technical solutions for business needs and technical challenges.
• Collects and interprets software metrics to monitor quality and performance.
• Manages configuration and releases of developed software components.
• Contributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment.
• Designs and implements prototypes and develops testing tools
• Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support for software-related incidents and problems.

Requirements That Must Be Met

• Wide knowledge and 5+ years of frontend experience using Angular
• Minimum 2 years' experience in backend development
• Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain
• Sound knowledge and/or experience with UI/UX design principles
• Experience in the complete lifecycle of an IT solution – from requirements analysis through implementation and maintenance.
• Expertise in developing enterprise-level software systems within a specified technology domain.
• Knowledge of UML and experience in designing applications using UML.
• Proficient in designing and developing application layers: data layer, business logic layer, and user interface layer.
• Experience working within the Scrum methodology.
• Ability to lead technical teams and supervise development activities.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining technical documentation of solutions.
