About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee complex healthcare technology projects focused on 5G implementation and digital innovation, as well as technology deployment in ambulance environments.

This role involves coordinating multiple subprojects, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with technical specialists and operational representatives. The ideal candidate is highly independent, has strong leadership experience, and can navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across operations, IT, technology, and medical equipment.

• Plan, monitor, and deliver various project components on time and within budget.

• Oversee budgeting, resource management, and reporting.

• Develop governance solutions and implementation processes.

• Ensure quality standards, adherence to timelines, and achievement of project goals.

• Report to steering committees and senior project leadership.

What We Are Looking For

• Native-level Swedish proficiency (spoken and written).

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Academic education (minimum Bachelor's degree) or equivalent professional experience.

• 9–12 years of project management experience.

• 2+ years of experience managing projects in healthcare

• Proven experience as a Lead Project Manager for projects with multiple subprojects and stakeholder organizations.

• Strong leadership skills; experienced in managing large teams and complex assignments.

• Highly independent and proactive.

• Preferably valid project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or IPMA).

• It is a plus if you have experience with EU-funded projects, preferably in healthcare or infrastructure development.

• Experience with 5G technology projects or digital solution deployment.

• Ability to provide a concise implementation plan or description highlighting understanding of project success factors and approach to delivery.
