You will be working from our office in Wroclaw as a Junior Master Data Specialist you will be playing integral role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of an organization's critical data across various systems and platforms. This position involves managing and maintaining the core information necessary for operations and decision-making, including but not limited to customer, vendor, and product data.

• First time good quality master data maintenance, analyses, and clean-up activities in ERP systems – such as data on vendors, customers, employees, items,
• Tickets resolution within agreed SLA,
• Keeping documentation for realizing processes updated,
• Responding to queries from range of Stakeholders using various means of communication,
• Performing Internal Controls,
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader and/or Manager.

• Requires knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures within a particular area of expertise
• Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression
• Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
• Receives considerable instruction, guidance and direction from others
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience

• 0-1 year(s) of experience
• Previous experience in Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service is a plus,
• High communication skills - very good English,
• Basic knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 HANA is a plus,
• Basic Excel skills,
• Quick learner - who can rapidly understand and acquire new knowledge or skills, efficiently applying them in various contexts – by replying to customers, resolving queries and maintaining master data systems [BPCS and SAP] with a good quality,
• Team player - who works well with team members, contributing to group efforts, asking others when help is needed and prioritizing the success of the team over individual achievements.,
• Details oriented – accuracy, data consistency,
• Adaptability to changes - adjusting effectively to new conditions, situations, processes, requirements, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of constant change,
