We are looking for:

COLLECTION JUNIOR/SPECIALIST

Location:

Wrocław, Poland

Type of employment:

Fixed-term employment contract with SSAB – 2 years with the possibility of extension

Work mode:

Hybrid (minimum 2 days in the office)

Scope of responsibilities

Analysis of customer receivables and monitoring of credit limits.

Contacting customers (by phone and email) regarding overdue payments.

Cooperation with the sales department, Credit Management, and external companies (e.g., Intrum, Atradius).

Ensuring compliance with debt collection procedures.

Preparing reports on receivables and credit limits.

Requirements

Very good command of English.

Knowledge of German will be an additional asset.

Experience in Credit Management (Credit Control or Collection).

Experience in a financial services center or manufacturing company is welcome.

Knowledge of SAP will be an additional asset.

Analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

Accuracy, reliability, and willingness to develop.
