We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented digital designer to join our team. This role blends graphic and web design expertise to create compelling visual experiences across digital and print platforms. You'll collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to support projects that promote Aptiv's brand and culture, with a strong emphasis on digital-first content.

You'll be responsible for designing engaging assets for web, social media, internal communications, events, and more—taking projects from concept to completion with precision and creativity.

Your Role

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, web, social media, and print materials

  • Create responsive web pages and digital interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and brand consistency

  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints

  • Translate strategic direction into high-impact design solutions that resonate across digital platforms

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for both digital and print applications

  • Conduct user research and apply insights to enhance digital experiences

  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Web Design, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva)

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards

  • Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills

  • Experience with motion graphics is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with web developers

  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
