Responsibilities and Impact:- Own the overall initiative roadmap and delivery of project phases, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, balancing complexity, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, project management, and stakeholders in Poland, the US, and Canada, fostering a collaborative environment to gather requirements, gain consensus, and deliver optimal solutions.
- Bridge the gap between technical and business teams through continuous, effective communication and alignment, acting as the Product Champion to the project team and business and tech leadership.
- Define and implement usability and experience improvements, optimizing the tech stack while maintaining required functionality.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and customer feedback to prioritize features and improvements, ensuring the product meets evolving user needs.
- Explore and engage with industry trends and market leaders, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve and innovate within the global landscape.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product management or similar fields.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile software development practices and methodologies.
- Solid experience in building cloud-native applications and/or managing cloud migration projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English – C1/2) with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Exceptional problem solver willing to dive into details and derive clarity from ambiguity.
- Proven leader with the confidence to introduce new ideas and the humility to seek feedback and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.
- Experience in front-end and back-end product features, including websites, user portals, APIs, and microservices.
- Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Dragonboat (or similar applications) for product and project management.
- Passionate about teamwork and collaboration, fostering a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Background in engineering or technical product management would be a plus, providing a deeper understanding of the technical aspects and challenges.
