ABOUT THE ROLE

The Medical Engagement Manager acts as the bridge between the medical and marketing functions, ensuring scientific credibility, education, and strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). The role drives medical educational initiatives, supports the development of promotional materials, and enhances collaboration across the organization to strengthen the company's medical reputation and engagement strategy.

KEY WORK TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

KOLs & Internal and External Stakeholder Collaboration for Salveo portfolio

• Identify, map, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, speakers, and scientific advisors.
• Coordinate and manage participation of KOLs in advisory boards, symposia, round tables, and other educational initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange between internal teams and external experts.
• Contribute to building a cross-country KOL network within the Salveo Group.
• Prepares and executes KOL engagement plans for all Salveo brands

Medical Education & Scientific Communication of internal and internal stakeholders

• Plan, organize, and execute medical educational programs.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure synergy in activities and alignment of scientific content with brand strategies.
• Support and guide creation of educational and promotional content.
• Actively educate and mentor Medical Representatives and the field team.
• Educates and delivers regular medical training sessions for field force and marketing department
• Actively participates in onboarding of new Salveo team members regarding medical training for complete portfolio.
• Delivers lectures, roundtable discussions, and educational sessions to physicians and pharmacists at both internal and external events.

Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing team members from Salveo CEE Group to contribute to regional knowledge exchange, best practice sharing, and cross-country KOL cooperation.
• Cooperate with the Head of Medical Promotion to aim for detailing excellence.

Compliance & Quality Standards

• Ensure all medical and educational activities comply with laws, codes, and internal policies.
• Maintain documentation and transparency of HCP interactions.

WORK ROLE PROFILE:

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy (mandatory)
• 3–5 years of experience in medical marketing or scientific communication
• Proven experience managing medical events and collaborating with KOLs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of medical-scientific principles
• Scientific and professional credibility
• Strategic relationship management
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Collaboration and cross-functional alignment
• Proactivity and attention to detail
• English – advanced level of knowledge
