Responsibilities

  • Verifying client registration documents (KYC – Know Your Customer)
  • Assessing data consistency and completeness, resolving discrepancies
  • Reporting missing information and maintaining documentation records
  • Providing support to XTB clients (via phone and chat – including evenings and night shifts)
  • Working with foreign documents and communicating with clients in both Polish and English

Requirements

  • Willingness to work full-time in a shift-based system (including weekends, holidays, and night shifts)
  • Fluency in Polish and at least B2-level proficiency in English
  • Ability to analyze documents and identify irregularities
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, perceptiveness
  • Commitment, positive attitude, good work organization
  • Ability to multitask and solve technical issues

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in KYC or Customer Support
