 Senior Solution Architect - Workplace

You will contribute to that by ensuring that our building blocks are fit for purpose and well aligned.

  What You Will Do
Drive the design and integration of workplace solutions into the enterprise IT landscape, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectivesLead solution architecture for projects, validating requirements and ensuring compliance with security, risk, and regulatory frameworksDefine and maintain the digital workplace roadmap, incorporating emerging technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, automation, and zero-trust principlesCollaborate with IT Competence Centers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutionsEstablish measurable success criteria for adoption, compliance, and operational efficiency, and report progress to senior leadership 
What You Bring
Degree in IT or Computer Science; industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL) are an advantageProven experience as a Workplace Solution Architect in complex, regulated environments (finance or pharma preferred)Expertise in designing and integrating enterprise-grade solutions using M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and modern workplace technologiesStrong analytical and consulting skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities pragmaticallyExcellent written and verbal communication in English for both technical and business contexts; German and/or Spanish is a strong plus
