Project
Join a team engaged in a large-scale
digital transformation project
within the banking sector. The initiative focuses on transitioning and modernizing functionalities between netbank platforms to ensure seamless, secure, and innovative customer experiences.

You will play a crucial role in
bridging business and IT
— gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into technical solutions that shape the future of digital banking. The project offers an opportunity to work in an international and agile environment with close cooperation between business stakeholders, developers, architects, and UX designers.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Manage requirements within the team responsible for transitioning functionalities between netbanks
• Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Identify existing solution patterns and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements for the renovated solution
• Understand data flows and integration needs to ensure consistent system modernization
• Support the development team during the design phase to achieve the desired solution
• Assist the Product Owner in decomposing the product roadmap into features and backlog items for Scrum teams
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the end-to-end development process
• Create and maintain detailed requirements documentation
• Support other analysts, testers, and developers within the team and the broader hub

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT analysis
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Experience working with large financial systems
• Domain knowledge in financial areas such as accounts or payments
• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements documentation
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Experience describing non-functional requirements
• Proven collaboration skills with UX designers, architects, developers, testers, and SMEs
• Strong analytical mindset, business and IT understanding
• Excellent communication skills and professional English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Swagger or Postman
• Understanding of web application architecture, especially within netbanking
