More about the role

The Health and Safety Specialist ensures that all workplace environments, practices, and operations comply with local laws, company policies, and international safety standards. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety, preventing incidents, and supporting operational excellence across production and service teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Encourage and support your colleagues in following Health & Safety principles.
  • Take on tasks that may require input from specialists, using your expertise to guide decisions.
  • Work independently, following established procedures and best practices.
  • Often take the lead in coordinating tasks and supporting team members.
  • Set priorities for your own work and help others stay focused on what matters most.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in Health & Safety.
  • Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • A genuine interest in promoting safe work practices and being a role model for Health & Safety in the workplace.
