Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist

Your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and data quality

  • Manage social security declarations and tax reporting

  • Partner with payroll vendors and internal teams

  • Support onboarding, training, and process improvements

  • Provide guidance on labor law and social security

What you bring:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Specialist in Payroll, HR Operations, or HR Administration

  • Basic understanding of Polish payroll and Płatnik

  • Strong Excel skills and a university degree

  • Experience working in a large corporation and fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in Polish and English

  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail
