What will your responsibilities be?

  • Comprehensive management of the recruitment process from start to finish, including the processing of related personnel administration.
  • This includes creating engaging job advertisements and recruitment campaigns, actively searching for candidates, and conducting interviews that lead to new hires for a wide variety of roles.
  • Close cooperation with operational departments in Poland and with colleagues in the Czech Republic (especially with the recruitment and personnel administration team).
  • Building a positive employer brand for RegioJet.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have recruitment and/or personnel administration experience (ideally in internal HR).
  • You are a good communicator, independent and committed.
  • You are fluent in Polish and English or Czech
  • A category B driving licence would be an additional advantage, but is not necessary.
  • Knowledge of the railway industry would be a significant advantage.
