Location: Kraków Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years Join us as a Senior Financial & Regulatory Reporting Representative Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Senior Financial & Regulatory Reporting Representative to join our Regulatory Reporting Team. In this role you will be responsible for preparing full set of comprehensive annual and semi-annual financial statements and monthly regulatory reports for investment funds registered in Ireland, Luxembourg, United States and Cayman Islands. You will be playing a key role in the training and development of new team members, supporting the implementation of regulatory changes into reporting processes, providing support information and responding to internal and external queries. Some of your key responsibilities include: Preparing and delivering regulatory reports to relevant regulators Supporting the implementation of regulatory changes into reporting processes Being responsible for creating end to end comprehensive set of annual and semi-annual financial statements of the investment funds Supporting and/or leading global projects within Financial Reporting Department including standardization and workload optimization Close cooperation with external clients Taking active part in external audit process Coordinating data flow among multiple internal departments (accounting, trade) What we offer: To encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance Contracts for an indefinite period, from day one Private medical care Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family. At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accountancy, audit or similar related finance function Great numerical and analytical ability Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, LUX GAAP, and Irish GAAP accounting frameworks will be an asset Prior experience in investment funds industry will be an asset Highly computer literate with strong Excel and Word skills We value diverse experiences.
