Contexte de la mission

As part of a global HR Transformation Program, we are insourcing the management of payroll within our SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) environment and deploying Workforce Software for time & attendance.

The program covers our largest operating countries: United States, France, China, Germany, Italy, Canada, Brazil, India, United Kingdom, and Portugal.

We are seeking an experienced HR Solution Architect to support the end-to-end design, alignment, and integration of the new global payroll and time solutions.

Mission & Responsibilities

  • Act as Solution Architect for SAP EC Payroll and Workforce Software in a multi-country, high-complexity environment.
  • Ensure end-to-end coherence across application, integration, and infrastructure layers, aligned with business needs and internal IT strategy.
  • Lead the overall solution design, ensuring harmonization of global processes while managing country-specific legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and local country teams to define and validate solution architecture choices.
  • Support deployment teams during design workshops, impact analysis, configuration, and testing.
  • Ensure proper integration between SAP SF Employee Central, EC Payroll, Workforce Software, and downstream systems (Finance, ERP, Reporting).
  • Review and validate vendor deliverables: functional specifications, technical architecture, integration designs.
  • Contribute to the governance model and architecture documentation.
  • Provide expertise and recommendations on scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Support cutover planning and hypercare readiness.

Objectifs & Livrables

  • Deliver a global, scalable, and compliant HR & Payroll architecture covering all target countries.
  • Ensure alignment of all solution components (application, integration, infrastructure) with:
  • Business requirements
  • Global HR operating model
  • Internal IT architecture guidelines
  • Provide validated solution design documents, integration maps, and technical architecture diagrams.
  • Facilitate decision-making through architecture assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Ensure readiness for deployment: data model, interfaces, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support successful go-lives and guarantee solution stability in the long term.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory: Proven experience implementing SAP Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll) at large scale (multi-country, global organizations).
  • 8–12+ years of experience in HRIS, solution architecture, or HR technology delivery.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, HR/payroll processes, and country-specific payroll constraints.
  • Solid experience with integration platforms, APIs, middleware (SAP CPI or equivalent).
  • Ability to work in a complex, multinational, matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
