Our aim is to create a world-class engineering hub with robust processes and capabilities, delivering consistent, high-quality support across all manufacturing sites while setting new standards in manufacturing excellenceVestas Technology & Operations > Manufacturing  > Blades PE LayupThe Training team is responsible for creating and managing process-specific training materials, including videos and documentation, as well as developing and maintaining the training roadmap, covering key PFMEA elements. The team supports implementation of training at specific sites as needed. It consists of 1–2 engineers and is part of the larger Lay-up Department, which includes 10–16 highly skilled engineers divided into five teams: Process, Tooling, Documentation, Operational Support, and TrainingResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in developing and improving training materials for wind turbine blade production, with a focus on modern digital systems and process visualization. You will ensure training is practical and engaging, tailored to factory employees, and support their learning and performance on the shop floorDesign and optimizing training material within the Layup process: analysis of AS IS and future state of our training material and systems, create Process Roadmap and plans for the present and future states, define training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed of others, standardization of generic layup training materials, be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountabilityInvestigating and solving training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone DiagramsApplying continuous improvement principles using quality tools Kaizen to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material qualityQualificationsBachelor of manufacturing engineering or alike levelTrain the Trainer or other training education6-8 years of developing and planning training materials mainly for unskilled workersFluent English, Polish language will be valuableCAD/CATIA understandingWillingness to travel to support multiple Vestas sitesTraining of shop floor employeesCompetenciesAbility to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goalsKnowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formatsExperience collaborating with engineering managers and subject matter experts to develop functional training contentEnsuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policiesFamiliarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning toolsSelf-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized with effective collaboration skillsWillingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand processes and support problem-solvingWhat we offerWe offer a chance to join the global leader in sustainable energy solutions, while working as part of a highly motivated and collaborative team.
